Bibberley, Bobberley, Bubberley, Boo

Bibberley, Bobberley, Bubberley, Boo

If you can rhyme words you probably do.

But remember the best, the best of the rest,

Is not just the scansion or rhyming alone

Oh! no dear reader; that just will not do

What is needed you see is a Bibberley Boo.

That’s thinking, then writing just whatever you want

But always with love not Bibberley Bont.

For Bibbles have souls and are looking for mates

Not always, but often, to go out on dates.

To laugh and to cry and to bibberley-fly,

So don’t be too formal, just treat them as normal.

Just like you and I, a Bibble poked will often cry

A Bibble shunned is a sad sight indeed

Really, really it’s not what they need.

Once cuddled and preened and maybe throat-tickled

Bibbles relax and may give you a pickle;

So next time to you, a Bibble appears,

Remember to tickle his Bibberley ears

To stroke him and love him as if he were you

For this is the way to Bibberley Boo.
