If I knew then

What I know now

I’d be a perfect man.

I’d know most things;

Except what I knew not.

But what I didn’t know

Wouldn’t worry me,

Because I’d still know

What I didn’t know then.

Which, when you come to think about it,

Is pretty damned good!
