Teachers teach and students learn

Teachers teach and students learn

But what if everything should take a turn

And teachers learned and students taught.

Would it be so bad or all for naught?

Would teachers learn that students teach,

And students learn while on the beach,

While with their friends, and on the bus,

They learn and teach; they’re just like us.

But is the learning when teachers teach

Better learning with a better reach?

The real McCoy, a better deal

Or same old, same old, with a tired old feel?

We all should learn that teachers teach

And students learn, but most of all and our concern

Is that we both do both.  We all teach and we all learn.

Students teach and teachers learn.
